Time for the king of coconuts!

The water from the king coconut is unleashing a storm of enthusiasm! The king coconut comes from sunny Sri Lanka and is also called "thambili" locally. Its strikingly brilliant yellow-orange color is eye-catching – and it doesn't just look good. As a special juice coconut, it contains very little actual coconut meat. However, it does produce a vast amount of fresh coconut water, which is sweeter than that of the typical green coconut and has a taste that hints of almonds.
