Vacations in the tropics are automatically associated with coconuts. Coconut milk is just as popular: in yogurt, ice cream, smoothies, sauces, toppings, and many other foods.

In most tropical and subtropical countries, coconut milk is a staple, partly because coconuts grow there and partly because the coconut is so highly nutritious.
