That’s tasty too, but we mean the “genuine” fruit of the gods, the 10 percent cacao purée that one whole fruit provides.

Hand-picked and opened by hand to avoid damaging the precious cacao beans, it tastes nothing like chocolate, but you'll still be bowled over when you try the light, sweet-and-sour, tart-tropical purée for the first time.

Apart from its great flavor, cacao is also a natural stabilizer and can be used in all sorts of fruit preparations.
