Rambutan
Eye candy on your label.
Eye candy is maybe overdoing it, but the rambutan really does look super fascinating! A product developer recently snickered, “They look just like ...." Let’s not go into that. It looks like a hairy lychee. Period.
The rambutan is a genuine tropical plant and belongs to the same genus as the lychee. It also tastes similar. Rambutans definitely have one advantage over lychees: Unlike the lychee, their fruit contains citric acid. This is bound to make your quality control department extremely happy.
