Sudachi
The citrus sensation from Japan. Tiny but mighty!
Sudachi is a small, round, green citrus fruit that mainly comes from the Tokushima Prefecture in Japan and is a cross between the yuzu and a special type of Japanese orange.
Don’t confuse the juicy sudachi with a lime! It’s actually fresher and more aromatic. This bright little fruit also contains more vitamin C than limes or lemons.
With it’s pleasant sour-bitter aroma, the sudachi is very effective in drinks, for example. Try it!
